PEACE OF MIND
The security standards deployed in our Sri Lankan office far exceed those of any Australian firm. In short, it is virtually impossible for the Team to extract any client data from the office.
Outlined below are the security measures implemented (Internet, Operational, Building and Office), which surpass any measures deployed in many Australian Accounting offices with respect to employee access rights to data and use of external devices.
Internet security
Our internal upload system operates under the security of 256Bit SSL Encryption and the Content Management System (CMS) is updated regularly.
Portal access and all communications are password protected. Password policies are routinely updated.
Our in-house systems are protected by a firewall and the latest computer and internet security packages.
Operational security
Restricted access to client data is maintained at all times and computer USB drives are disabled, printing and internet restrictions are in place.
A clear desktop and desk policy is in place. Saving items to desktop is prohibited. Documents can be saved in secure locations and Accountants can only access their current workload.
Mobile phones, tablets, laptops, cameras and any other electronic transmitting devices are not permitted in secure areas of the offices.
Building security
The other tenants of the building typically include banks, other outsourcing providers and other professional service firms.
Security guards monitor and patrol the building entrances, exits and the floors of our offices. After hours all visitors must clear security upon entry to our building.
Office security
Security cameras monitor the building and our offices are installed with CCTV camera systems to ensure that any security breaches will be recorded.
Biometric fingerprint scanning technology is in place upon entrance to secure areas of our offices; this is required for authorised access. The Team can’t access the secure area without ‘fingerprint’ authority.
Privacy
All our offices adhere to the Privacy Act 1988 and the Privacy Amendment (Enhancing Privacy Protection) Act 2012 and the Privacy Regulations 2013.
With third party providers we ensure that your personal information is stored on secure servers that have SSL Certificate issued by leading certificate authorities. All employees sign Confidentiality Agreements and no personal information is disclosed unless it is permitted by the CloudForce Privacy Policy.
Law
All contracts are written and enforced under Australian Law.
